This policy is made pursuant to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.
It is a complex Act and provides some additional exceptions to the privacy principles that are too detailed to set out here. There are some rare exceptions to the commitments set out below.

Our website is hosted on Microsoft cloud service (Azure). It has a security certificate and it is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential.
In addition, we do not store any credit information you supply.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user subscribes to our services and all transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
Access to Your Personal Information
With some exceptions, you have the right to see what personal information we hold about you. We will need to confirm your identity, if we do not know you, before providing you with this access. We reserve the right to charge a nominal fee for such requests.
If there are any issues surrounding the disclosure of information, we may ask you to put your request in writing.
If we cannot give you access, we will tell you within 30 days if at all possible, providing you, to the best of our ability, with particulars as to why the information cannot be released.
If you believe that there is a mistake in the information that we have collected, you have the right to ask for it to be corrected. We may ask you to provide evidence that our records are wrong. When we agree that we have made a mistake, we will correct that mistake and notify anyone to whom we sent the incorrect information.
If we do not agree that we have made a mistake, we will still agree to include in our file a brief statement from you on the point and we will forward that statement to anyone else who received the earlier information.
Do we use 'cookies'?
Yes. CAN SPAM Act
The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.
We collect your email address in order to:

To be in accordance with CANSPAM, we agree to the following:
